Install Fair POS on your phone

Add it to your home screen once and it opens like a normal app: full screen, one tap, and sales still save if the signal drops.

iPhone or iPad

Open pos.beginroots.com in Safari (the blue compass). Chrome on iPhone works too on newer iOS, but Safari is the most reliable.

Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow, at the bottom of the screen (top right on iPad).

Scroll down the list and tap Add to Home Screen. If you don’t see it, scroll to the bottom and tap Edit Actions to add it.

Leave the name as Fair POS (or rename it) and tap Add at the top right.

Go to your home screen and tap the new Fair POS icon. Sign in once and you’re done.

Install it while you’re online and sign in once, ideally before you get to the fair.
Sales rung up with no signal are saved on the device and sent automatically when it’s back online. Keep the app open until the “Synced ✓” appears.
Pick your company and fair at the top the first time. The app remembers your fair on that device.
Wrong password or can’t sign in? Type your User ID in lowercase, no spaces, then ask the admin to reset your password.
To remove it later, press and hold the icon and choose Remove App / Uninstall.
